    I can’t seem to register for yoga retreat I haven’t been doing much on line I haven’t been well

    Hi Nicola,

    I’ve done a lot of yoga classes in the past and I do home practice on a semi-regular basis. I am also completing week 12 of the DRT 1 program (YAY!!!). So, my question is, do you think it’s a good idea for me to complete the ‘welcome to beginners yoga’ program before I do one of the retreats? Or, do the retreats start at a level that I’m likely to be able to do all of the moves and holds without this precursor considering I already do some yoga?
